- We use DHL as our main courier for deliveries outside of the UK and offer a fully tracked service with signature.
- Provided your order is placed before 2 PM, we aim to despatch it from our warehouse on the same working day. If it is placed after 2 PM, we still endeavour to despatch it on the same day but cannot provide any guarantees to this extent. If your order is placed on a non-working day then it will not be shipped until the next working day.

How can I return my order?
- We understand that occasionally you may change your mind or want to return an item to us. If you wish to return it to us, please send it to the below address within 14 days of delivery in its original condition e.g. kept in the original packaging, undamaged and unused.
- Please note that we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used.

- Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage. When you return the items back, please make sure you include a note with your order number, name and the reason for return.
When will I get my refund?
- Once your goods have been returned to us, we will check to make sure that they meet the returns guidelines and then process your refund. Please note that all refunds will go back to the original payment method used.
- Please allow up to 10 days from the day we received the item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependant on how long it takes your bank to process the payment.
- If you have opened and part-consumed your product, then we are not able to change it for another product, flavour or offer a refund.

Can I exchange an item?
- We are unable to offer an exchange of item or items once your order has been despatched, but providing that the returns guidelines have been met, we will refund you for any returned goods, and then you can purchase your chosen item.
- For orders that have not a despatch confirmation email from our warehouse yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will endeavour to amend your order as quickly as we can.
- If your order has been processed by the time we receive your request, we will not be able to amend your order. Please note that our warehouse staff do not operate outside of our office hours and therefore your order may have been processed by the time the request is reviewed.

We hope you love your new Lorna Jane capsule collection apparel items. Ultimately the decision on size, style and to purchase is up to you as a customer. We understand, however, that sometimes things don’t go to plan. When this happens, here is our commitment to you.
If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want a full price item(s) purchased from www.swisse.co.uk, please return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund equal to the value paid for the item(s). Full price item(s) are valid for a refund and must be returned to us to be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase. It is important that the item(s) and any packaging, tags and ticketing which the goods came with/in are in original condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges to clearly state that the item(s) were purchased from www.swisse.co.uk.
