Ricky Ponting

Ricky Ponting

In the world of cricket Ricky Ponting is a living legend. He is one of Australia’s greatest captains, leading his country to a record 16 consecutive Test victories and was undefeated for 35 straight World Cup matches. During his reign as Australian captain he held aloft two World Cup trophies and was also named the International Cricket Council’s Captain of the Year in 2007.

Personally, he has amassed more Test and One Day International runs than any other Australian in history and was twice recognized for his astonishing feats when named International Cricket Council’s Cricket of the Year in 2006 and 2007.

Ricky was the first sportsman to become a Swisse ambassador and has enjoyed nearly 10 years with the brand - a partnership he describes as ‘remarkable’.

“I’ve had a lot of fun along the way, it’s been a great journey and some of the people I’ve met have been absolutely terrific. I’ve been privileged to be a part of the brand from a very small brand to one of the leading brands of vitamins.”
