What is Vitamin C?

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that has numerous functions within the human body.

Citrus fruits are a particularly rich source of vitamin C. It is also found any many other fruits and vegetables including: Blackcurrants, strawberries, guava, mango and kiwi, blackcurrants, peppers, green vegetables (e.g. broccoli, Brussels sprouts). Regular intake of potatoes, cabbage, spinach and tomatoes can also provide Vitamin C.
