Vitamin B3 is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins; all of the B vitamins work together synergistically, supporting each other in their various roles in the body. Nicotinamide (also known as niacinamide) and nicotinic acid are the most common forms of vitamin B3, collectively known as niacin. Dietary sources of Vitamin B3 include: Meat, liver, poultry, beans, cereal grains, enriched and whole-grain breads and fish.

Reduction of tiredness and fatigue ; and is necessary for healthy teeth, bones, hair, skin and nails.
