Citrus Recovery Smoothie

Fresh, fruity and ultra-nutritious, try this smoothie post work-out to help support muscle recovery, and keep you going throughout the day.


  • 1 large frozen very ripe banana
  • ¼ small grapefruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Swisse Muscle Recovery sachet
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries (plus more for topping)
  • ½ cup plant-based or Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp honey – optional for a sweeter taste!


Simply throw all your ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Add a little honey to suit your sweetness preference and blend again to combine. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
