Citrus Recovery Smoothie


Fresh, fruity and ultra-nutritious, try this smoothie post work-out to help support muscle recovery, and keep you going throughout the day.
Ingredients:
- 1 large frozen very ripe banana
- ¼ small grapefruit, peeled and chopped
- 1 Swisse Muscle Recovery sachet
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries (plus more for topping)
- ½ cup plant-based or Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 2 tsp honey – optional for a sweeter taste!
Method:
Simply throw all your ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Add a little honey to suit your sweetness preference and blend again to combine. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
